BBF 2026 THE MAIN EVENT OF THE YEAR

The Fourth Beauty Business Forum expects twice the attendance of its third edition. And a significant number of those attendees have already been here before.

The most honest thing you can say about a professional event is how many people chose to return. At Beauty Business Forum, that number is growing. Professionals come back not for the gala dinner photographs, but for what they carry home: a sharper sense of direction, restored motivation, and connections that quietly turn into collaborations.

Last year, the forum brought together approximately one hundred attendees. This year, organizers are expecting between 150 and 200. Nearly double with no change in format. Growth driven entirely by word of mouth.

The Fourth Beauty Business Forum takes place in Los Angeles on September 25 and 26, 2026. For the first time, in partnership with the International Beauty Professionals Association.

Why IBPA, and Why Now

The partnership with IBPA is not a cosmetic addition to the program. It is a direct response to something the industry has been asking for over the past two to three years.

“The industry is growing on three fronts simultaneously: demand is rising, the number of specialists is increasing, and new techniques are emerging constantly. And within that growth, there are professionals who are raising the bar for themselves. The question we hear most often is this: how do I stop being a technician with a price list and become a professional with a name? That is exactly why the forum is joining forces with IBPA an association that is actively redefining industry standards.”

The distance between a service provider and a personal brand is the line around which this year’s entire program is built.

MASTERCLASSES

Running alongside the business program is a full track of hands on masterclasses brows, permanent makeup, hairstyling, lash lamination, and related techniques. The format is working practice: not stage demonstrations, but skill-building under direct professional guidance.

The Awards

The second day closes with a gala dinner and awards ceremony. This year’s recognition program spans eleven categories and 35 nominations from barbering and podology to nutrition and cosmetic product development.

Entries are evaluated by 43 actively practicing specialists. In this case, the composition of the jury matters more than the nomination list itself: these are not organizers or honorary guests they are professionals who work in the same disciplines every day and understand precisely what separates strong work from exceptional work.

The Program: Three Conversations

Seven presentations, organized into three thematic blocks and the structure is intentional.

How to build a business that can actually scale.

Yaroslavna Atapina opens the forum with Systems Instead of Chaos on why sustainable growth begins with documented processes, not advertising spend.

Yuliia Bailo approaches the same question from the opposite direction: Before Scaling how to identify the bottleneck before you hit it.

Khanna Vakulich brings the conversation back to fundamentals: Who Is Your Client? the psychology of sales through straightforward, real world examples.

How a technician becomes a name.

Eleonora Bediukh addresses one of the industry’s most universal pain points equally relevant for someone two years in and someone with a decade of experience: Content That Sells a sustainable system for social media that does not require daily burnout.

Natalie Vaulina maps the next step many professionals are beginning to consider: How to Build Your Own Beauty Brand in the USA from product concept to an American retail shelf.

What is changing the rules.

Yuliia Malina on the tool the industry is only beginning to explore: The Next Generation of Beauty Business: How an AI Team Helps You Create, Sell, and Grow.

Irina Chukreeva closes the program with the most unexpected session of the weekend: Why Are Some Beauty Professionals Booked Months in Advance While Others Constantly Search for Clients? What Astrology Can Reveal.

A Note from the Editor-in-Chief

Sergei Andreev,

Publisher & Editor-in-Chief, BPM Magazine

I’ll be honest I once told myself I was stepping back.

After the third forum in San Francisco, I decided someone else would take the stage. I would watch from the wings. That lasted until I realized I simply didn’t want to let it go.

Beauty Business Forum is something I care about personally deeply, and perhaps unexpectedly for someone whose career has always been rooted in journalism. But that is exactly what this industry does to you. It draws you in.

Which is ultimately why I launched this magazine. And why BPM is proud to be one of the Forum’s principal partners.

I will be there. On stage,

where I belong. See you in the room.
